Why Cheltenham cleaners are switching to TaapCraft
Lead-based platforms charge Cheltenham cleaners every time a customer enquires - whether or not the job ever happens. TaapCraft flips the model: you only pay when a real job completes and you've been paid by the customer.
Combine that with verified profiles, escrow-style payment protection, AI-powered job matching and direct messaging, and you have the most cost-effective way to grow a cleaner business across Gloucestershire.

Cleaners in Cheltenham - what the local work looks like
Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
Cheltenham is mostly a mix of Victorian terraces, postwar semis and newer estates, which means cleaners here see everyday domestic repair, upgrade and renovation work. Typical enquiries cover regular domestic cleaning, deep cleans and end-of-tenancy.
Traders working Cheltenham and the wider Gloucestershire area tend to keep travel short and jobs clustered, so a tight postcode radius usually earns more per day than chasing work across the city. TaapCraft matches enquiries by postcode, so the jobs you see are the ones you can realistically reach.
Most Cheltenham cleaners also pick up work in Gloucester, Manchester, Birmingham and Leeds, so one postcode radius can cover several rounds of jobs a week.

Spring deep cleans and a lift in regular bookings.
Tenancy changeovers peak with the student and rental cycle, and holiday-let turnarounds run weekly.
Pre-Christmas deep cleans, then new-year regulars signing up.
What Cheltenham customers ask before booking
- "Are you verified, and do you bring your own products and equipment?"
- "Will it be the same cleaner every visit?"
- "Is an end-of-tenancy clean guaranteed to deposit standard?"
- "How much notice do you need to cancel or reschedule?"
How the work is priced and run
Regular cleans are usually priced per hour or per visit, while tenancy and deep cleans are quoted as a fixed job by property size. Recurring clients are where the steady income sits.
Cleaning is a weekly round - keeping clients close together means more visits per day. Enquiries arrive with the postcode, so you can accept only what fits your area.
