Why Forest Hill builders are switching to TaapCraft
Lead-based platforms charge Forest Hill builders every time a customer enquires - whether or not the job ever happens. TaapCraft flips the model: you only pay when a real job completes and you've been paid by the customer.
Combine that with verified profiles, escrow-style payment protection, AI-powered job matching and direct messaging, and you have the most cost-effective way to grow a builder business across Lewisham, London.

Builders in Forest Hill - what the local work looks like
Forest Hill, Lewisham, London
Forest Hill is mostly Victorian and Edwardian terraces plus new-build blocks, which means builders here see loft conversions and rear extensions. Typical enquiries cover extensions, loft conversions, renovations and full builds.
Traders working Forest Hill and the rest of Lewisham tend to keep travel short and jobs clustered, so a tight postcode radius usually earns more per day than chasing work across the city. TaapCraft matches enquiries by postcode, so the jobs you see are the ones you can realistically reach.
Most Forest Hill builders also pick up work in Deptford, Catford, Sydenham and New Cross, so one postcode radius can cover several rounds of jobs a week.
