Why Custom House builders are switching to TaapCraft
Lead-based platforms charge Custom House builders every time a customer enquires - whether or not the job ever happens. TaapCraft flips the model: you only pay when a real job completes and you've been paid by the customer.
Combine that with verified profiles, escrow-style payment protection, AI-powered job matching and direct messaging, and you have the most cost-effective way to grow a builder business across Newham, London.

Builders in Custom House - what the local work looks like
Custom House, Newham, London
Custom House is mostly terraces, Olympic-legacy new-builds and converted flats, which means builders here see landlord compliance and refurbishment work. Typical enquiries cover extensions, loft conversions, renovations and full builds.
Traders working Custom House and the rest of Newham tend to keep travel short and jobs clustered, so a tight postcode radius usually earns more per day than chasing work across the city. TaapCraft matches enquiries by postcode, so the jobs you see are the ones you can realistically reach.
Most Custom House builders also pick up work in Stratford, East Ham, Forest Gate and Canning Town, so one postcode radius can cover several rounds of jobs a week.
