Why Blackheath builders are switching to TaapCraft
Lead-based platforms charge Blackheath builders every time a customer enquires - whether or not the job ever happens. TaapCraft flips the model: you only pay when a real job completes and you've been paid by the customer.
Combine that with verified profiles, escrow-style payment protection, AI-powered job matching and direct messaging, and you have the most cost-effective way to grow a builder business across Greenwich, London.

Builders in Blackheath - what the local work looks like
Blackheath, Greenwich, London
Blackheath is mostly Georgian terraces, riverside new-builds and postwar estates, which means builders here see a mix of heritage repair and new-build snagging. Typical enquiries cover extensions, loft conversions, renovations and full builds.
Traders working Blackheath and the rest of Greenwich tend to keep travel short and jobs clustered, so a tight postcode radius usually earns more per day than chasing work across the city. TaapCraft matches enquiries by postcode, so the jobs you see are the ones you can realistically reach.
Most Blackheath builders also pick up work in Woolwich, Eltham, Charlton and Plumstead, so one postcode radius can cover several rounds of jobs a week.
